Join us at the Official Tailgate of the EagleBank Bowl at the D.C. Armory before kickoff from 12:30-4:30 PM. Admission gets you all-you-can-eat from some of D.C.’s best restaurants – Clyde’s, Old Glory, Tony & Joe’s and J. Paul’s, along with $2.00 beers. There will also be live music and plenty of other entertainment including games provided by EA Sports. You won’t find a better Tailgate than this one!

Temple & UCLA Welcome Receptions
The participating teams arrive in Washington, D.C., on Christmas evening and will be greeted with a holiday welcome. Fans, local alumni, pep squads and plenty of cider and hot chocolate will await Temple and UCLA’s players, coaches and staff as they reach their home for Bowl Week. The welcome receptions kick off a week of exciting activities leading up to the 2009 EagleBank Bowl for Temple and UCLA,  our nation’s capital and college football fans throughout the Washington region.

EagleBank Bowl Teams Luncheon
Please join us for an afternoon where we will celebrate college football as well as our two participating universities. Student athletes, coaches, fans and alumni will come together for this joint event prior to meeting at RFK for game day. You’ll hear from both head coaches and listen as they field questions from the audience. Stay tuned as we announce the EagleBank Bowl lineup for the Luncheon!

The Luncheon will be held in Washington, D.C., at the JW Marriott Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Sunday, December 27, 2009.
